Files attached to messages and comments can be viewed in Google Drive/Docs.
Quickly viewing uploaded files in Google Drive/Docs is just the beginning of the integration. You can search Google Drive and attach it to your messages; or upload a new file to Google Drive by dragging it onto the new message window.
Just like you can use e-mail templates to create customized messages, you can use Google Docs to create customized documents. Using the same variables as in e-mail templates, you can merge against an existing Google Doc.

Google Voice allows you to keep all of your voicemail and SMS messages in one place. But, because you can e-mail any voice mail or SMS, you can also send this information to Heap CRM (the same way as you e-mail anything else to Heap). Heap scans for the phone number and automatically associates it to the proper prospect.

Using the My Events Chrome Extension, users of Heap CRM can view, filter and add events without having to open the Heap web interface. Simply type in the filter box at the top to search entries, or press the plus to add events.
Additionally, using the Save to Heap CRM Chrome Extension, users of Heap CRM can quickly select content from any website and save it as a message in Heap CRM. 
If you're a Google Chrome user, you can install Heap CRM as an app from the Google Chrome Store. This tells Chrome that Heap CRM isn't just a web page, it's an app, therefore it grants it special privileges. This is particularly useful if you are a Google Chromebook user.
View recent messages, tasks, bids and invoices while on iGoogle or anywhere else OpenSocial Gadgets are supported.
You can view Heap report data using the Google Motion Visualization. However, Heap is also a Google Visualization data source, which means you can pull Heap data into numerous gadgets. You can even build your own.
