Files attached to messages and comments can be viewed in Google Docs (assuming the file is something Google Docs understands).
Quickly viewing uploaded files in Google Docs is just the beginning of the integration. You can attach, upload or create Google Docs in your messages.
Just like you can use e-mail templates to create customized messages, you can use Google Docs to create customized documents. Using the same variables as in e-mail templates, you can merge against an existing Google Doc.
Create a single customized doc, or merge an entire category all at once!
You can insert Google Docs into your outgoing e-mail and Heap will automatically modify the permissions so the recipient can see it. This means if you have a brochure, spreadsheet or presentation you can make it part of your e-mail campaign.
Use Heap's prospect data directly in your Google Spreadsheet. This allows you to build spreadsheet functions that access the most up-to-date information and integrate it into your existing files.
Import / export people to Google Contacts
When Heap CRM detects at least one Google Buzz account, Google Buzz search, Twitter account, Twitter search, blog or other RSS/Atom feed, it shows the activity drawer.
When you open activity drawer, Heap builds a single timeline from all sources:
There is no limit to the number of accounts, searches or feeds that you may specify in the notes section.
Google Voice allows you to keep all of your voicemail and SMS messages in one place. But, because you can e-mail any voice mail or SMS, you can also send this information to Heap CRM (the same way as you e-mail anything else to Heap). Heap scans for the phone number and automatically associates it to the proper prospect.
Access your most critical Heap data from anywhere, even if you don't have an Internet connection. Works on many devices:
Using the Chrome Extension, users of Heap CRM can view, filter and add events without having to open the Heap web interface. Simply type in the filter box at the top to search entries, or press the plus to add events.
View recent messages, tasks, bids and invoices while on iGoogle or anywhere else OpenSocial Gadgets are supported.
You can view Heap report data using the Google Motion Visualization. However, Heap is also a Google Visualization data source, which means you can pull Heap data into numerous gadgets. You can even build your own.
